Abstract/Summary:
Chemical water treatment system is a very important part in the power plant. Natural water contains harmful material composition for the equipment. Directly using natural water will corrode and damage the factory equipment, so natural water must be treated before being used. The natural water used in Jilin Petrochemical Co power industrial boiler factory is from Songhua River, which contains calcium, magnesium ions. The higher the content of calcium, magnesium ions is, the higher the hardness of water is. There are many small brass industrial boilers, high hardness of hot water easily forged brass scale in inside, resulting in copper pipe blockage, if the use of drugs for cleaning, it will become more and more thin copper tube, a long time easy to cause the pipe explosion danger. Therefore, it is necessary to boiler water softening, namely reducing water hardness. In this paper a Jilin Petrochemical Co power plant chemical water treatment system in present situation, studied by ion exchange method for the transformation of the reverse osmosis method after chemical water treatment process and the system operation maintenance scheme of water treatment; aiming at the maintenance in daily operation issues put forward opinions, and to avoid the hidden trouble of safety measures taken for introduction in the application; examples of Jilin Petrochemical Co for reverse osmosis. Finally, make a summary to the full text, forecasted the development trend of chemical water treatment system.
