Coin electroplating processing system is one of the major production system in Shanghai mint.It uses the principle of electrolytic to dispose the coin model surfaces,in order to improve the craft performance of the coins.During operation the system is not only larger power consumption and noisy,but also cause electroplate liquid leakage and other malignant accidents.It's more important to monitoring and controlling during electroplating processing to get a high quality electric sediment.And it's also necessary for optimizing the working conditions in automation electroplating processing system.There's a limitation in traditional data analysis method.It's unable to deal with large-scale field data of high dimension,nonlinear and unstable.Laboratory of Shanghai mint is working with characteristics of field data.They hope to put forward a kind of plating system optimization method which is based on cluster analysis.This method is aim to save energy,reduce consumption and keep safety in production.The paper focuses on researches as below:Firstly,the paper analysis and designs a set of working method judgment algorithm.Based on the random search algorithm,the centroid optimization strategy is introduced.With algorithm optimization process improvement,it can deal with high dimensional data sets and effectively solve the shortcomings of conventional clustering algorithms.Such as poor anti-interference,poor scalability and can not optimize the processing effect with the increase of processing time.Secondly,the performance and accuracy of the centroid based on clustering algorithm are verified.In order to verify the performance of the traditional algorithm,the paper uses performance parameters of cluster analysis as standard data.The results show that the clustering algorithm has stronger ability than other data analysis algorithms on searching.And the error rate is lower,which can meet the requirements of industrial control.Finally,based on the above work,the design of optimization system is completed.In order to further validate the availability of the algorithm,a condition optimization system is developed based on the clustering analysis algorithm.By studying the sample of the site conditions on the electroplating system,the result verify that the conditions of optimal development of optimization system centroid clustering analysis of the availability of electroplating scheme based on the field data.It can be a useful form of system monitoring and management automation.Through the verification of the actual production environment,it is found that the application of the clustering algorithm in the electroplating system is beneficial to the better support of the electroplating system to determine the optimal operating conditions.Through the discussion of different equipment,technology and the direction of the data scheduling system can form a new cluster analysis platform.It could improve the current limitations of the factory of the electroplating system.This defines the formation of a new generation of high-tech automatic electroplating processing system in the true sense.It also improves the production efficiency of the factory,to make it more conducive to the promotion of the development of the electroplating process.
