Legal Issues On Utilization And Protection Of Farmland Ecosystem In Tangwangchuan

Farmland ecosystem is one of the terrestrial ecosystems together with wetland ecosystem and forest ecosystem.It is a semi-natural ecosystem with strong human intervention and has important functions of ecology,production and social security.As we all know,farmland is the most fundamental material basis which the mankind depends on for living.However,the irrational utilization of farmland by human beings has serious consequences for the decline of land fertility,soil pollution,waste of water resources,soil erosion and damage of ancient trees,etc.posing a great threat to farmland ecosystem.Therefore,it is urgent to protect farmland ecosystem by making laws.At present,the legislation of farmland ecosystem in China is scattered in different laws and regulations,which are not rigid and practical enough.Thus,it goes without saying that it is of great significance to promote the protection of farmland ecosystem at a levelTangwang plain has abundant resources,especially the communities of old apricot trees,but the local villagers lack of scientificity and rationality in utilizing the cropland.Therefore,research on legal questions of field ecosystem's use and protection in Tangwang plain not only can coordinate the use and protection of field ecosystem,but also has advantages on balancing relationship between social improvement and ecological protection.Toward this end,I choose four representative natural villages as objects of study in this paper and make a research on the use and protection of field ecosystem in four aspects: legal protection of country and local government on each factors;real utilization of local cropland;shortcoming in the current legislation and how to perfect it.At the same time,the paper reveals the importance of the particularity of farmland ecosystem of Tangwangchuan and the importance of farmland ecosystem protection by means of the empirical research method according to theoretical framework,professional knowledge,field investigation and literature review.Finally,according to the investigation the utilization and protection of farmland ecosystem in four natural villages in Tangwangchuan,combining the legislation problems existed in protection of the ecosystem in the country and in Gansu Province,the paper raises some suggestions from such four aspects as legislation on land utilization and protection,legislation and prevention of water pollution,legislation on utilization and protection of water resources as well as legislation on the protection of ancient trees.
