In the past 20 years, the research on ionic liquid applications has increased dramatically during.Due to their unique physical and chemical properties, ionic liquids have become potential diluents and extractants for waste water from spent fuel reprocessing. At the same time, ionic liquids have the potential to be used in dry reprocessing of spent fuel because of their ionic properties and low melting point. In order to make better use of the excellent properties of ionic liquids and expand the application scope of ionic liquids,it is necessary to study the fundamental chemical problems. In this thesis, the coordination behavior of lanthanide metal ions with CyMe4-BTBP and the stability constant of complexes in ionic liquid were studied by fluorescence spectrometric titration,uv-visible spectrometric titration and other technical methods. We are looking forward to providing basic theoretical data for the use of ionic liquids and CyMe4-BTBP in spent fuel cycle. In this thesis, the coordination of Eu?III?,Sm?III?and Ho?III?with CyMe4-BTBP in the ionic liquid Cnmim[NTf2]?n=4,8?was studied, respectivly. In order to reduce the types of anions in the system, the oxides of three lanthanide elements were converted into ditrifluoromethosulfimide salts, and the solutions were prepared using ditrifluoromethosulfimide salts. The concentration of metal ions was determined by EDTA titration. In fluorescence spectrum titration,CyMe4-BTBP ionic liquid solution was used to titrate metal salt solution, when sodium perchlorate was added to the system, the effect of anion species on the coordination was discussed. The fluorescence lifetime of the complexes was also studied. In ultraviolet spectrophotometry titration,CyMe4-BTBP ionic liquid solution was titrated with metal salt solution.By analysis of the the titration spectrum data,we found in Cnmim[NTf2],lanthanide ions formed 1:1 and 1:2 complexes with CyMe4-BTBP.For Eu?III?the fluorescence intensity of 1:1 complexes is stronger than that of 1:2 complexes, and the ultraviolet-visible absorption of 1:1 complexes is also stronger. For Sm?III?and Ho?III?,the ultraviolet-visible absorption of 1:1 complexes is also stronger than that of1:2 complexes.By HpySpec software to simulate fluorescence and ultraviolet-absorption spectra, the stability constants of coordination of Eu?III?,Sm?III?,Ho?III?with CyMe4-BTBP in two ionic liquids, and their respective molar fluorescence intensity spectra and molar absorptivity spectra are obtained.
