The country is people-oriented and the people are food-oriented.Waxy food has become a popular consumer food because of its characteristics of sicky,soft and full stomach and hunger tolerance,resulting in a large number of demand,thus forminga waxy food supply chain with waxy food demand as the market-oriented.First-class enterprises do culture,second-class enterprises do brand,third-class enterprises do products.Compared with developed areas,many waxy food enterpries in Guizhou minority areas are still in the mode of family workshop production.On the whole,the personnel quality and technical content are low,lack of cultural brand operation thinking,and are at a disadvantage in efficiency and scale.But at the same time,waxy food enterprises,which are deeply influenced by the waxy food culture of the Buyi nationality in Guizhou,still maintain the traditional waxy food processing skills of the Buyi nationality.The unique waxy food processing skills are the core competitiveness that can not be replaced.In view of this situation,does the Buyi Waxy Food Culture in Guizhou have an impact on building national waxy food brand and enhancing the competitiveness of Guizhou waxy food industry?What is the impact?How to promote the coordinated and benign development of Buyi Waxy Food Culture and Waxy Food Industry in Guizhou will be a problem worth discussing and the focus of this study.Based on thin,this paper constructs theoretical framework of the synergistic development between Buyi Waxy Food Culture and Waxy Food Industry in Guizhou by applying relevant theories,and uses case analysis method to analyze the impact of Buyi Waxy Food Culture on the development of Waxy Food Industry in Guizhou and the existing problems,thus putting forward countermeasures and suggestions.There are seven parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which introduces in detail the background and significance of the topic selection,literature review,research content,objectives and methods of the influence of Buyi Waxy Food Culture on the development of waxy food industry in Guizhou.The second part is about the present situation of the waxy food culture and industry of the Buyi nationality in Guizhou,Firstly,the waxy food culture of the Buyi nationality in Guizhou and its present situation are analyzed,and then the waxy food industry and its present situation in Guizhou are analyzed.After discussing the current situation.The third part of the paper explore the logical starting point of the influence of Buyi Waxy Food Culture on Waxy Food Industry in Guizhou from the perspective of theory.Firstly,the logical relationship between Buyi Waxy Food Culture and Waxy Food Industry in Guizhou is analyzed,and then the mutual permeability between Buyi Waxy Food Culture and Waxy Food Industry in Guizhou is analyzed.After discussing the logical starting point of the two,the fourth part of the paper firstly analyses the application of relevant basic theories,then analyses the main factors influencing the construction of theoretical framework,then constructs the theoretical framework of the synergistic development between Buyi Waxy FoodCulture and Waxy Food Industry,and finally drives the development of Waxy Food Industry from the Buyi Waxy Food Culture.The development of Li and Waxy Food Industry explains the operation of the theoretical framework from two aspects:the inheritance of Waxy Food Culture of Buyi Nationality and the "hematopoietic"inheritance.After the operation of the analysis theoretical framework,the fifth part of the paper uses the theoretical fram ework of the synergistic development of Buyi Waxy Food Culture and Waxy Food Industry in Guizhou Province as a case study.Through field questionnaires and in-depth interviews,the influence of Buyi waxy food culture on waxy food enterprises in Guizhou Province was analyzed.It was found that the cultural elements of Buyi waxy food and the development of waxy food industry were mutually restricted,the added value of waxy food products was low,the traditional processing and manufacturing pocess of Buyi vaxy food hindered the scale expansion of waxy food enteprises,and waxy food enterprises.Business operators lack avareness of cultural brand operation.In view of the existing problems,the sixth part of the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on establishing the overall concept of coordinated development of culture and industry,carrying out platform-based organizational innovation,strengthening technological innovation of waxy food,and building national brand of waxy food culture.Finally.The seventh part of the paper is the conclusion and outlook.
