Research On Modular Setting Of Reconfigurable Mathine Tool Based On Process Planning

Along with the global competition,manufacturing enterprises in 21st Century is facing the dynamic and changing market.Customer's requirement tends to be diversified and personalized,and the existing manufacturing system can not meet the changes in batch and species of personalized production mode.Reconfigurable Manuacturing System(RMS)is generated in this context.It is a new manufacturing mode which is an effective solution to the current contradiction between high efficiency,low cost and flexible machining production in batch processing industry.Reconfigurable Machine Tool(RMT)is the key equipment of reconfigurable manufacturing system,design method of RMT has become a hot and focus in academic.This paper studied on the method of module setting for RMT around the process planning for Reconfigurable Manutacturing.First of al,starting from the design philosophy of RMT,through establishing concepts of processing information matrix,process unit and process segment,process scheme for machining parts can be organically combined,with design of RMT,and the process scheme of parts(Group)for Reconfigurable Manufacturing can be obtained.Secondly,the kinematic tunction schemes of machine tool are used as the starting point,the concept structure module meeting the motion requirements can be established based on generative design method.The concept tunction module can be obtained by combination of the concept structure module.Through building the structure modulus mapping of RMT.all sub modules can be obtained by classify dividing machine tool structure.A set of RMT module group structure can be established by structure design of sub modules.Ficilly,establish RMT function module group setting method based on process scheme by combining the machine tool motion function,function module group and process scheme.Research on conversion of RMT and the reconstruction layout can be applied.
