| In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing improvement of people’s living standards, the problem of excessive air quality has gradually come to the public’s vision and attracted great attention.Shaanxi Province, located in the northwest of China, also has the problem of excessive air quality, especially in the provincial capital of Xi’an,where the problem is serious and even worsening.General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the importance of green mountains and rivers. Therefore,we can not control pollution first and then, nor can we control pollution at the same time.We must reduce pollutant emissions from the source and improve air quality. In order to improve the air quality in Shaanxi Province,it is necessary to have a systematic evaluation of air quality. At the same time,it is also necessary to make a detailed and comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of air quality. These studies are conducive to alleviating the air environmental pressure in Shaanxi Province and achieving sustainable economic development. This paper studies the air quality evaluation and its influencing factors in Shaanxi Province.Firstly, the research background and significance are elaborated, and the research contents and methods, research ideas and framework are introduced. At the same time, the domestic and foreign literature review and related theories are summarized, which lay a theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly, the status quo of air quality and influencing factors in Shaanxi Province is analyzed, and the spatial autocorrelation model is established.Through the global autocorrelation and the related theories are summarized. The status quo of air quality in Shaanxi Province is analyzed from the point of view of time and space by local autocorrelation.Thirdly, the air quality in Shaanxi Province is evaluated by the methods of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive pollution index. After comparing the evaluation results of the two methods, the latter is chosen in this paper. The results of comprehensive pollution index evaluation show that the comprehensive pollution index of 10 cities in Shaanxi Province shows an upward trend in the three years from 2015 to 2017,and the average level of the comprehensive pollution index of the whole province has been rising in the three years, which indicates that the comprehensive pollution index of Shaanxi Province can not be maintained within a certain range in the past three years, showing a gradually serious situation.Among them,PM10 and PM2.5 share rate of six pollutants are the highest, which indicates that air pollution control work should focus on the pollution sources of inhalable particulate matter and fine particulate matter. Then, the economic environment, social environment, regional environmental protection policies and infrastructure construction are selected as the first level indicators, and the second and third level indicators are extended downwards. The index system was established, and the catastrophe model was established to analyze the influencing factors of air quality in Shaanxi Province. The results of bivariate correlation analysis using the catastrophe results and comprehensive pollution index showed that the comprehensive pollution index in Shaanxi Province had the strongest correlation with the social environment, followed by the regional environmental protection policy and infrastructure, and finally the economic environment.Based on the analysis of the results and influencing factors of air quality assessment in Shaanxi Province, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions for improving air quality in Shaanxi Province:defining the scope of air quality responsibility, further optimizing the joint defense and control mechanism, creating an effective social environment, and building an integrated air environment system. |
