As we all know,China's economy continues to grow,the people's living standards have greatly improved.However,the ensuing problem is the rapid consumption of resources and the deteriorating environment,environmental pollution and resource shortages become an urgent problem to be solved.The machinery manufacturing industry is a country-based industry that invests a considerable amount of energy every year and has a huge impact on the environment.Therefore,how to reduce energy consumption for enterprises becomes the major universities and scientific research units of the research focus.Now CNC machine tools are increasingly used in processing and manufacturing,how to reduce its energy consumption as a major consideration.In addition to the energy-efficient CNC machine tools,the enterprise can monitor,store,analyze and manage the energy consumption information(such as power,energy consumption value,efficiency,etc.)in the machine tool processing process.It is also one of the effective measures to implement the energy saving optimization.Enterprises can analyze the energy consumption information,and then through the optimization of processing parameters,reasonable arrangements for processing tasks and other methods to achieve the purpose of saving energy.Therefore,this paper designs and develops an energy consumption information system for multi-energy consumption of CNC machine tools,and realizes the operation of querying,adding,editing and deleting the energy consumption information of machine tools.Firstly,this paper analyzes the composition of energy consumption components and the characteristics of energy consumption in the process of CNC machine tools.Based on this,the energy consumption information model of CNC machine tools is established,and then the energy consumption information of the model is described in detail TheSecond,the overall needs of the system are analyzed,including functional aspects,performance aspects,security aspects and other expected requirements,in which the functional requirements of a detailed analysis.Then,the overall scheme of the system is designed,including the architecture and function modules.In addition,SQL Server 2005 is used to design the database table structure.Finally,with Visual C # 2008 as a development tool,developed for the NC machine tool energy consumption components of the energy consumption information system,to achieve the interface and the required functions.
