Research On Safety Production Evaluation Of Urban Complex Project

In recent years,with the continuous change of the urban life format,the architectural form has also developed to urban complex buildings.Because of the large-scale investment,tight construction period,complex cross-construction,geographical location and environmental particularity of the urban complex project,the construction units did not pay attention to it,resulting in the negligence of its safety production management and the occurrence of engineering safety fire accidents,formwork collapse accidents,resulting in direct property losses of more than billions of dollars.It can be seen that how to do a good job in the safety construction management of urban complex projects,find out the hidden dangers of safety management in advance,put forward improvement measures,and put an end to the safety accidents of urban complex is an important issue at present.In this paper,the safety production evaluation of urban complex project is studied.The purpose is to improve the safety production management measures of urban complex project and reduce the probability of safety accidents by analyzing the reasons through evaluation conclusions.Through consulting a large number of documents and materials,this paper first reviews the research status of safety production management and evaluation of urban complexes at home and abroad,and then based on safety production accident theory and safety production evaluation theory,combines the content of safety production evaluation of urban complexes,the principle of index selection and the inherent characteristics of urban complexes to evaluate project safety.Many influencing factors of production management are screened,safety production evaluation index system of urban complex project is constructed,eight first-level safety production evaluation indexes and 30 second-level safety evaluation indexes are established,and safety evaluation methods such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP),weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(WFCE),safety management maturity model(SMMM)are used to establish safety evaluation of urban complex project.Full production evaluation method-hierarchical fuzzy safety production evaluation model based on SMMM;through the application of S district urban complex case,the safety production evaluation of the project is carried out,the evaluation conclusion is drawn,the reasons are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward.Finally,on the basis of the summary and analysis of deficiencies in this paper,the future is prospected.
