Evaluation Of The Comprehensive Bearing Capacity Of Urban Agglomeration On The North Slope Of Tianshan Mountains

With the continuous development of urban agglomeration,gridlocked traffic,increasingly scarce resources and destruction of ecology leads to the problem of insufficient comprehensive carrying capacity of urban agglomeration to a large extent hindered the sustainable development of the city greatly weakened the urban agglomeration of regional economic and social development of leading role,even for the healthy development of countries and regions have had a negative impact.In recent years,with the development of the western region,the policy of assistance to xinjiang and the acceleration of industrial transfer,a large number of enterprises have entered the core region of xinjiang,bringing unprecedented pressure and challenges to the comprehensive carrying capacity of this typical arid oasis economic zone urban agglomeration.Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China,it is particularly important to evaluate the comprehensive carrying capacity of the oasis urban agglomeration in the north slope of tianshan mountain.Based on the theories of urban economic convergence and divergence and regional sustainable development,this paper selects seven core cities in the north slope economic belt of tianshan mountain as the research object.Firstly,it establishes the index system and USES the mean square error decision method to arrange the index weights.Then TOPSIS model was established to calculate and analyze the comprehensive bearing capacity of each city in the urban agglomeration and the overall comprehensive bearing capacity of the urban agglomeration.In this way,it can provide feasible Suggestions for the government to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of the urban agglomeration.The conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)the development of the oasis urban agglomeration on the north slope of tianshan mountain is based on the oasis,but due to the defects of the oasis environment and the small carrying capacity of water resources,the development of the oasis urban agglomeration on the north slope of tianshan mountain is extremely unstable.It can be seen that the local government should pay attention to ecological environmental protection,save resources and optimize the energy structure in combination with the environmental protection departments.(2)due to the analysis of bearing capacity of the region's economic contribution to the comprehensive bearing capacity is small,but the economic level is one of the development of a region,so the government should from the overall and long-term perspective,optimize the allocation of resources,focus on the development of high and new technology industries and financial services to enhance the economic driving force in the Northern Slope economic zone.
