Key Technology Research Of 140MPa Snubbing Unit

The subbing unit is an operation which running or pulling the oil tube without blowout in condition of the wellhead under oil,gas or water pressure.At present,most oilfields in China have entered mid-late oil exploitation stage,the working pressure and the technical requirement of the snubbing unit are rising.There are some problems such as the low working pressure,the damage of the oil pipe coupling to the seal core and the uncontrollable sealing pressure.This paper is mainly to solve the technical problems of the seal and seal pressure control of the snubbing unit with high pressure.Through the site survey and the literature reading,understanding the snubbing unit development situation in the domestic and foreign.On the basis of analysing the snubbing unit requirement,studied the basic principle of snubbing unit and completed 140 MPa snubbing unit design.According to the overall design,completed the whole structure design.Based on the sealing scheme,completed the structure design of annular blowout preventer.Completed the mechanical analysis of key components and carried out the finite element analysis of the annular blowout preventer core by using the ABAQUS,analyzed the sealing performance of the rubber core.Completed the design of hydraulic control system,based on the working process of the annular blowout prevent,then the hydraulic components are calculated and selected.Simulated the hydraulic control system of annular blowout preventer,analysing the feasibility of seal pressurization...
