Heavy oil,high viscosity,high heteroatom content,resulting in smelly pollution caused by refining more serious,this paper on the typical heavy oil processing refinery comprehensive research and analysis,through dynamic olfactory instrument,instrument analysis and other methods to analyze the stench Concentration,summed up the process of malodor pollution caused by the characteristics of the main odor to determine the source of pollution and the main malodorous contribution.The liquid absorption method was used as the pretreatment unit of the biological device.The experiment was carried out to select the efficient,economical and environment-friendly absorbent to study the absorption performance and improve the treatment efficiency.The optimum operating conditions were determined by changing the effect of the ratio of surfactant,the concentration of the absorbed solution and the concentration of additives on the absorption efficiency.Through the investigation of the polluting sources in the factory,the sewage treatment system is the most important smelly pollution source in the refinery,among which the flotation tank and the grease trap are the most serious,the odor concentration and the VOC concentration are the highest relative to the other devices.?Toluene and benzene?,C5 below the alkane and a small amount of olefins,benzene?toluene and benzene?olfactory threshold is low,should be the main control object of malodor.The absorption efficiency of the seven kinds of absorbent was studied by the self-designed absorption experiment device.The initial removal rate of the silicone surfactant and the SDBS absorption solution was the highest,and the removal rate of the adsorbent was above 80%Control in 80min or so,the saturated absorption of toluene gas can reach more than 700mg/L,the best absorption.The results showed that under the same setting conditions,when the mass ratio of silicone surfactant to SDBS was 3:2,the absorption effect was the best,and sodium chloride was added to the two kinds of surfactants.The effect of the additive on the absorption of toluene was improved obviously.When the concentration of the additive was 1%,the absorption rate of the whole absorption process was relatively stable and the cost was the highest.By considering the effect of different influencing factors?spray volume,liquid-gas ratio,packing height?on the absorption effect of the mixed system,when the liquid spray volume is 40L/h,the liquid to gas ratio is 7.5,the packing height is 600mm,the absorption rate Curve fluctuations,the best absorption,the lowest cost.The maximum removal rate can reach more than 90%,the absorption rate to maintain the absorption rate of more than 50%of the time can be maintained at 150min or so,the absorption curve was stable,to achieve saturation absorption time of 220min.
