The odor produced by sewage treatment by sewage stations has become a major environmental problem that needs to be solved urgently in C hina.In particular,hydrogen sulfide and ammonia produced in the treatment process of sewage stations are the main components of odorous gases.In the treatment of odor-producing substances,the traditional treatment methods include physical,chemical and biological methods.Physical deodorization methods can only deal with some odor-producing substances simply,but can not completely deodorize them.The operation cost of chemical methods is relatively high.Biological treatment methods have high investment costs,are vulnerable to external environmental impac t,and are limited by the change of water sources.Therefore,the development of biological deodorization technology is slow,but with continuous research,this method has become a relatively new type of waste gas treatment technology developed in recent years.Compared with other gas deodorization technologies,biological deodorization technology has the advantages of relatively simple process,convenient operation and relatively high efficiency.It is a relatively complete process and relatively safe operation in recent years.Full deodorization method.Odor gas is an important component of gas pollutants produced in many industries.In the industrial production process,the emission of odor gas from sewage treatment in many industries is an important environmental pollution detection index.It was found that the main components of odorous gases include hydrogen sulfide,aromatics,ammonia,aldehydes,alkanes and so on.Among them,the most common pollutants are hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,acetaldehyde,toluene,benzene,styrene,xylene and so on,but their components are very related to the type of wastewater,and the odor gases produced by different wastewater treatment are different.Among the many treatment methods,biological oxidation(A-O process)and trickling filter have better removal effect on low concentration volatile organic compounds.In the process of research,the source of odor pollution in sewage treatment plant was taken as the research object,and the microbial oxidation method was used to deodorize technology.The results show that the biological deodorization technology can meet the requirements of more thorough deodorization.The removal efficiencies of hydrogen sulfide,volatile organic compounds and ammonia are 95%,94% and 98% respectively,which basically meet the design requirements.The grille machine,regulating tank,sludge tank and sewage outlet of Nanchang Wahaha Beverage Co.,Ltd.were treated by biological deodorization technology.It was found through practice that the biolo gical trickling filtration process was short,the installation space was relatively small,the control was relatively centralized,and the removal efficiency was quite high.Some independent small experiments and data queries were also used to verify the operation of various deodorization methods.This paper discusses the comparison of different treatment processes and different microbial treatment effects and the comparison between biological treatment and other methods.The experimental data are mainly analyzed and analyzed in the Wahaha Sewage Odor Treatment Laboratory in Nanchang.
