The Research Of KEWU Pipeline's Transportation Technology In Equipment Maintenance Of The Karamay Petrochemical Co.LTD

Petrochina Karamay Petrochemical Co.LTD planed to suspend production and overhaul for 45 days in May 20,2015.Considering its special circumstances,such as the preparation of production,we need an extra 5 days to solve the circumstances,so the end of the suspend production time is July 8,2015.During the period of Petrochina Karamay Petrochemical Co.LTD shutdown,with Xin jiang field's crude oil,especially the heavy oil in the northwestern margin of Junggar Basin being concentrated into the 701 crude oil storage and mixed with thin oil which is transported to Urumqi Petrochemical or Western pipeline through Kewu pipelines,Kewu pipeline was facing high pressure.For the Kewu pipeline which transports thin oil,transport mixed oil,optimum transfer ratio,the maximum throughput,we need to test and verify the optimum transfer ratio and the maximum throughput.The thesis is based on material data of the pipeline oil transportation and establish the model of D529 and D377 line thick-thin mixed on oil transportation process calculation model of D529 and D377 line.we reseach and analy a variety of increased transporting model of Kewu pipeline.We also study the adaptability of pump transporting thick-thin mixed to determine Kewu pipeline transporting mode when Petrochina Karamay Petrochemical Co.LTD shutdown.the actual results meets calculation results completely.The actual transmission parameters consistent with the calculation results.The first step,by shortening the distance between stations and using the longer oil pump,the daily oil flow runned up to 15 thousand tons,achieving 5000 tons daily.The second step,by means of analysising the multi schemes and achieving the two pipelines combining transportation model,the daily flow reached about 20 thousand tons,10000 tons daily of ascension.Meanwhile we achieved the mission of Xinjiang oil field during Petrochina Karamay Petrochemical Co.LTD shutdown.
