During the development of long-term waterflooding,due to the difference of reservoir physical properties,difference of water and oil flow ratio,difference of injection and production,long-term erosion and denudation by injection water,the dominant streamline gradually was formed in the reservoir.The development of the dominant streamline makes the injected water inefficient and ineffective,and aggravates heterogeneity of the layer.So that the injected water coefficient is reduced,which leads to the rapid rise of rate of water content and the difficulty of other stimulation measures.In this paper,the A8 fault block is selected as an example.The effective channel of the target block is effectively blocked to improve the waterflooding development effect,and the identification and volume calculation of the thief zones is guarantee to effective plugging dominant streamline.In this paper,the tracer monitoring data,static data and production dynamic data were used to evaluate the thief zone.The tracer was used to identify the thief zone development,and the comprehensive evaluation method and related data identify the longitudinal channel development of superiority channel,and combine the comprehensive evaluation result of logging and the production dynamic analysis data to study the formation timing of thief zones.Secondly,it is necessary to establish a fine geological model first by numerical simulation streamline method,combined with the actual data to adjust the reservoir physical parameters to fit,get more realistic reservoir model,the use of numerical simulation parameters calculation method,Quantitatively evaluate the thief zone,and calculate the thief zone volume of each oil well corresponding to the well.Which is used to analyze the influence degree of the thief zone on the corresponding wells in the well group.Finally,the quantitative evaluation results were used to optimize the injection profile control injection scheme to achieve the purpose of improving water flooding development and enhancing oil recovery.
