With the rapid development the world gas industry,and the proportion of natural gas in the energy structure in increase year by year,natural gas liquefaction technology is mature.In this paper,according to the product scheme and other given conditions of chongqing fuling Bai Tao park 100 x 100 Nm~3/d liquefied natural gas plant design.For scheme selection and optimization of main technology,including design with vacuum flash process of MDEA solution acid process,designed the isobaric regeneration tower dehydration process,liquefaction unit adopts mixed refrigerant liquefaction process(MRC).The main equipments are calculated and selected,including compressor,LNG pump,absorption tower,cold box,organic heat carrier furnace and part of the container.For other similar equipment calculation method are given,and the specifications are chosen.Utilities,automation control scheme,occupational safety and health and environmental protection scheme for nutural gas liquefaction plants plan are designed.The main equipment involved in the design are selected.According to the estimation method,evaluation basis and basic data,the investment of the factory is estimated,and the main technical and economic indexes are evaluated.
