| With the process of the mining and need for energy, the proven reserves are reducing. Therefore, the exploitation of residual coal is necessary. Shaft building in the old mines may cross gods and subsidies and blind exploitation also result in rock subsidies, collapse, shaft deflection, major quality problems and casualties. In general, the research could play a role in the before and following mine construction.The paper was based on the "Shaft Construction Technology and Behavior of Ground Pressure under the Condition of Shaft-Cross-Gob" program and served the auxiliary shaft construction of the Wei zi-gou mine of the Nanpiao Mining Bureau as a background. In order to guarantee the safety of the auxiliary shaft construction, it made a theoretical analysis and data monitoring during the mining process and eventually made sure the construction plan.The main points are as followed:(1). Summary of the geologic information, hydro-geology data and gobs condition is necessary. The overburden failure height is calculated according to check the bores and the need for construction technology safety(2). The maximum lateral pressure is obtained using qin equation to calculate the surface soil pressure and rock pressure. According to the caving zone of the gobs, height of the water suture and the added pressure calculation, the monitor of caving zone in gobs, pressure intensity and distribution on the shaft and side wall, two monitoring levels is made sure (80m,95m). Moreover the level (80m) is applied to measure the stress, strain and ground pressure, while the level (95m) is applied to measure ground pressure and tangential stress and strain in the side wall in the rock fragmentation zone of the gobs.(3). The finite element software ADNIA is applied to simulate. Moreover the stress-displacement (z direction) curve was checked at 85m and 95m levels respectively (tensile stress means plus and compressive stress means minus in ADNIA software). through which compressive stress curve and the rule of the compressive stress and strain are obtained.(4). According to the following compressive test and simulation results, advancement ways are made using mixed production methods including advancement and layer, and also some safety technologies are taken.(5). To guarantee the design accuracy and construction safety, grasp the physical parameters and rules of the shaft construction and production is so important. Through the monitoring during the production, data can be recorded and also the stress-strain curve is obtained. At last, theoretical results are compared with the simulation results. |
