The Evaluation And Selection Research Of Nylon Material For Alkaline Battery Sealing Gasket Based On Value Engineering In A Company

Alkaline battery as the main portable battery system,in the alkaline battery using nylon as the material of sealing gasket,is to meet people's demand for high power,high capacity battery,also comes from the characteristics of the alkaline battery itself.The country's main alkaline battery manufacturers because of the introduction of production line,mostly use a single nylon material as the material of sealing gasket,disparity in the different nylon material price and function.In this paper,the value engineering theory to the research of alkaline battery sealing gasket with nylon material,and value engineering activities within the company,make full use of the company's talent and platform advantage,combined with general engineering application of value engineering,analysis and evaluation methods of value engineering method,several kinds of sealing gasket on the application of the current mainstream function,cost analysis and evaluation on nylon material,make full use of the conclusion,with the demand of customer diversified,put forward according to different customers,can choose different seal material of alkaline batteries.First,this paper introduces the theory of value engineering and its development,summarizes the application of value engineering in the material research projects,has been clear about the value engineering general research of the project implementation process and the analysis of conventional evaluation methods,do the theoretical preparation for subsequent value engineering activity.Secondly,introduces the company A and company A alkaline battery seal background of the project,analyses the nylon material in alkaline battery seal research project to carry out the necessity and feasibility of value engineering,do the necessary for research is introduced and bedding.Again,on the basis of the specific object of value engineering activities,customer demand for alkaline batteries are analyzed in detail,and extracting seal from customer requirements to meet the functional requirements,combining the reality of A company,using value engineering analysis and evaluation methods for different material nylon function analysis,cost and value evaluation.Concluded that sealing gasket used nylon 610 material,has the highest value and sealing gasket used nylon 66 material,has the minimum value.Applying nylon 66 material has the lowest function and the cost is lowest.Finally,make full use of the research conclusions of this paper to optimize.Different sales prices and sales strategies are formulated for different customers,which can fully meet the needs of customers and enable enterprises to achieve good profits and healthy development.
