With the introduction of made in China 2025,a significant way for Chinese enterprises to promote and accelerate the development effectively is: improving and upgrading the combination of intellectualization and industrialization through the Internet+ trend.High-end CNC system is a main sign to achieve factory intellectualization and a key determinant thatCNC machine tools achieve automation and intelligent processing.It is also an important indicator to determine the level of CNC machine tools.There are around 90% of the CNC systemsfor the high-end CNC machine tools are foreign products in China.Domestic CNC system,especially the high-end CNC system,compared with the foreign technology,not only the processing accuracy and stability,but also reliability,the gap is still quite evident.In the domestic CNC system market,the low and middle-end products holds a major market share.Therefore,it is urgentto launcha domestic high-end CNC system.Company G is a leader in the CNC industry in China.Its R & D center of CNC system is larger,and its team is more experiencedin thedomestic CNC industry.However,the success rate for the R&D of the CNC system is still not high,especially for the middle and high-end CNC system,Company G is still in the exploration process.This paper will analyze and research the risks of the R & D projects in the CNC system in order to reduce the risk of R & D and improve the success rate.This paper mainly introduces the current situation of R & D project of CNC in CompanyG;analyzes the risks that may occur in the process of R & D based on the management experience;and finds out the risk managementdeficienciesin the R & D process of CNC according to the theoretical reasoning of the reference literature.Using Delphi method to identify various risk factors,make a qualitative analysis of risk factors,screen out the risk factors that have a greater impact on the R & D projects,and build a risk management model.Usingthe AHP method to analyze the project risk factorsquantitatively,and draw a conclusion of the project risk through modeling and calculation.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk factors that need to be monitored.The evaluation results show that the product market orientation,the capital investment,the uncertainty of the new technology,the management system and the project resources.These risk factors have greater impacts on the project.The above risks put forward the proposal of risk prevention measures,and take the corresponding monitoring method to reduce the risk of the R & D projects,improve the independent innovation capability of enterprises,and establish the R & D project risk management system.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: the risk management framework system and the risk measures in the R & D process of the numerical control system,risk management theory of the R & D project improvement.This paper analyzes the influence of the risk management factors in the R & D between the high-end CNC system and the general numerical control system.The problem of risk management in process of R & D project of CNC system in Company G is solved,which will help the successful implementation of follow-up project and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
