Product development is the source of enterprise production,to enhance their ability to develop their own products,is the key to the competitive advantage of enterprises.Since the information revolution,customer demand for personalized products has become more and more,the entire market has changed from the seller's market to the buyer's market.If one enterprise wants to survive in the competitions;he must be able to quickly develop products to meet the customer's needs.A company is a large multinational company,which engaged in large-scale equipment design and production has been a hundred years of history.However,in recent years,A company is facing a decline in market share,increased customer complaints,product costs,profit margins decline and a series of difficulties,the prospects are grim.This paper mainly focuses on the development process of the tissue machine development process of A company.Through the analysis of A company's sales of tissue machine status,found out the main reason for the plight of A company.The existing product development process leads to long product development cycle time,high development cost,quality control is not good,and so on.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary for the company to rebuild its own product development process.In this paper,base on the market changes,the paper puts forward the optimization of A product development process,enhance the ability of product development goals.In this paper,take BPR(BPR)theory as the guidelines,using the 5W1 H method,Platon maps,fishbone diagram analysis,value flow diagram,brainstorming and a series of methods to find out the existing problems in the development process of existing products.And through the analysis of the existing problems,for the introduction of the new process of concurrent engineering,DFX design patterns,QFD customer needs analysis and other new concepts.And the design of a new product development process,with a view to shorten the product development cycle time,reduce development costs,improve product quality.In this paper,based on the product development process of A company as the research object,the application of management theory BPR(BPR theory),QFD customer demand analysis method,DFX theory,concurrent engineering and other management methods and ideas to optimize the product development process of A company.Through the combination of theory and practice to solve the existing problems of A company.And expected to use this article as an example,the management method is applied to the production of more industry.
