In recent years,with the fluctuation of international oil price,the investment of domestic oil and gas production enterprises is not optimistic.Based on this,since the 21 st century,China's oil companies have taken the strategy of "going out" and actively participated in the international petroleum engineering market competition.However,compared with foreign advanced and mature management mode,we still have a large gap,especially the degree of project planning control is still weak,mainly reflected in the project management,data collection,plan implementation,document preparation and other capabilities to be improved.Only by facing up to and making up for the shortcoming of their own management can enterprises continuously improve their management efficiency.This paper takes the P project of Bin Hai design institute as an example,applies the relevant theory and technology of progress management,adopts the method of case analysis,studies the process of project progress control,and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions through finding problems and analyzing reasons.The whole paper is divided into four parts: The first chapter,introduction,mainly introduces the research background of P project,the research status at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the research,and puts forward the research content,research methods and technical routes.Chapter ii case text,on the basis of introducing the general situation of the enterprise and the relevant situation of P project,focuses on the analysis of the six aspects of project progress control problems;Chapter iii case analysis,through the use of project progress related theory,the use of fishbone diagram and other methods and tools,a comprehensive analysis of the six causes of the problem,and on this basis,summed up the key factors affecting the project progress control;The fourth chapter,countermeasures and Suggestions,around the establishment of a benchmark,strengthen monitoring,progress control three aspects,developed targeted countermeasures,highlighting the effectiveness of the problem solving.
