Remanufacturing of scrap parts is the main component of recycling economy,it is an advanced production mode.Disassembly is the first step in remanufacturing,which will affect all aspects of remanufacturing,so the quality of disassembly affects the remanufacturability of the product directly.Based on lots of literature published domestically or abroad,the hierarchical model of product assembly is built in this dissertation,The part relating degree is analyzed by using the directed graph of transmission.Based on adjacency matrix and incidence matrix,gearbox assembly sequence can be stored in computer.By reverse analysis of assembly sequence,realizing the gearbox disassembly process planning,and preparing the gearbox disassembly process cards.At the same time,disassembly production line is expressed by Petri net,which provides Flexsim technical guidance for the establishment of simulation model.In order to guarantee the disassembly efficiency and performance of remanufacturing,simulation technology is used to evaluate the life cycle of product(PLC),It can not only evaluate the safety index of the product,but also improve the economic index and environmental protection index of remanufacturing engineering.The topic of dissertation is combined with the strategic subject for Recycle Economics.The research perfects the theory of the remanufacturing engineering technology and provides a feasible thought for the disassembly planning and product design of the remanufacture corporations.Research and application of disassembly planning and simulation technology for remanufactured waste vehicles is carried out according to the actual demand of automobile enterprises,and it has certain engineering application value.
