Welding technology is one of the more common manufacturing methods,with the development of science and technology,welding technology has been widely used in industrial metals and non-metallic structure design and manufacturing,such as shipbuilding,automobile manufacturing,railway vehicles,pressure vessels,electronic circuit,etc.CT/1250 seam welder is a special welding machine for the welding design of plain carbon strip steel.At present,most of the domestic and foreign steel plate continuous surface preparation production adopts this kind of equipment or similar equipment for bending processing.Welding tractor is an important part of welding machine,it includes welding and rolling components,shear and punching components,welding transformer and bus-bar components.Therefore,the manufacturing precision,welding carriage stiffness and strength determines the quality of equipment and weld quality,especially in the condition of rolling and welding cutting and punching.However,there are some deficiencies in the existing welding trolley,mainly in the welding and rolling conditions,the deformation and displacement of the upper cantilever beam of the welding car is too large,which will seriously affect the welding quality of the ultra-thin plate.This has a direct impact on the welding quality when welding the ultra thin plate.The trimming die of the welding equipment is an important auxiliary equipment for the welding equipment,and the trimming die adopts the inclined blade disc die.In the die design,the angle of the edge of the die is often measured by experience,but when the thickness of the welding material varies greatly,the angle of the oblique blade is quite different from the actual situation.This paper established a finite element welding trolley and trimming die model,and then use the ANSYS Workbench software static analysis of the shearing and punching,welding welding and rolling conditions,then the modal analysis for welding and rolling condition of welding dolly.According to the static and modal analysis of the welding tractor,we can know that the strength of the welded tractor meets the design requirements,but under the condition of welding and rolling,the maximum deformation displacement of the upper cantilever beam reaches 1.2mm,that apparent lack of rigidity.According to the static and modal analysis results and combined with the actual production situation,topology optimization and parameter optimization of welding structure of the tractor to improve the tractor welding structure,the welding carriage weight decreases,thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.topology optimization and parameter optimization of welding structure of the tractor,the tractor welding structure is improved,the welding carriage weight decreases,thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.At the same time,in order to solve the trimming die oblique angle of the blade to experience the value of the deviation problem,this paper uses the finite element analysis and optimization design,by blanking force,mold the maximum equivalent stress is less than the material allowable stress,the maximum deformation of die edge displacement is less than 0.01 mm for optimization design of trimming die the oblique angle of the blade,and finally get the optimal oblique angle of the blade.Finally,the fatigue analysis of the optimized trimming die is carried out,and then the optimized die is designed to meet the design life requirements.This paper is divided into five parts.The contents are as follows:The first chapter mainly summarized the development and application of welding technology,and also introduced the development of finite element and its application in the field of industrial manufacturing.The second chapter expound the development and present situation of the finite element method,and also introduced the basic theory and solution of the finite element method.The third chapter introduced the shortcomings of CT/1250 type seam welding tractor.Aiming at these shortcomings,the welding car optimized by using the idea of finite element analysis and optimization.The fourth chapter analyzed the calculation of the punching force of the oblique edge disc punching die,and got the best value of the angle of the cutting edge to meet the minimum equivalent stress of the die by the idea of finite element and optimization design.The fifth chapter summarized and prospects the work of this paper.
