Research On Proactive Maintenance Management Of B Factory Based On Reliability

The maintenance management of the factory is the guarantee of the production and operation of the factory and also the basis of improving the production efficiency of the enterprise.It plays a huge role about the control of the production cost and sustainable development of the enterprise.As a factory producing acrylate products,the equipment in B factory is operated under flammable,explosive,toxic and corrosive chemical condition.The events of the equipment failure lead to product interruption and environmental impact always happened.There are many problems in the process of the equipment maintenance management currently,such as lack of systematizes,organization and maintenance management cost.The problems of inadequate monitoring and inefficiency also lead to the low utilization rate of assets,the continuous increase of production costs and frequent safety accidents.Therefore,through the implementation of the proactive maintenance management strategy of reliability before the equipment failure,the proactive maintenance of equipment will greatly improve the reliability of the factory operation and reduce unplanned shutdown.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents,this paper reviews the development of reliability management knowledge,makes use of the theoretical knowledge of proactive maintenance management to analyze the status of factory maintenance,and finds the existing problems of proactive maintenance in organization,key maintenance indicators,maintenance process,proactive maintenance management projects.In-depth analysis of the causes and then on the basis of current management to optimize these issues:Building an organization and management organization for proactive maintenance of reliability;formulation of key indicators;identify the operating equipment of chemical plants and develop the equipment management by using the preventive and predictive proactive maintenance strategy in order to prolong equipment life and reliability,reduce safety risks,improve factory reliability.For the establishment of the organization of proactive maintenance for reliability,firstly,it is required to establish an proactive maintenance management team with reliability as the goal,need a profession person in charge of proactive maintenance management for reliability and to carry out proactive maintenance management for reliability under its unified leadership;secondly,it is required to optimize the key indicators of maintenance team into factory reliability management.The third is to optimize the maintenance process in SAP(production data processing),plan and implement maintenance management work quickly which can improve efficiency and planning;the fourth is to establish a reliable management project of proactive maintenance by using preventive proactive maintenance and prediction which is the two maintenance strategies to solve the problem of insufficient preventive maintenance for establish an proactive maintenance management.Finally,the tool about PDCA will be applied to improve the above four aspects.
