Research And Development Of Explosion-proof Control System For Waste Metal Crusher Based On ARM

Crushing scrap metal recovery is the primary means to recycle and utilize metal resources.In the process of scrap metal crushing,dangerous materials may be broken to explosion,causing equipment damage,and even endangering the safety of personnel.Aiming at the problem that the crusher may explode in normal operation,this paper develops the explosion-proof control system of scrap metal crusher based on the explosion-proof method of mixed gas explosion and the technical index of explosion-proof control system by analyzing the explosion situation of crusher,so as to realize the safe production of crusher.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the explosion situation in the crusher chamber and the explosion-proof theory of gas explosion,the explosion-proof control system scheme of scrap metal crusher is designed.Combining with the technical index of explosion-proof control system,the hardware of the system is selected,and the hardware platform of the explosion-proof control system is designed and developed?(2)In order to ensure that the explosion-proof control system can recognize the explosion dangerous state in the crusher chamber in time and accurately,according to the explosion judgment method of ASTM standard,the explosion pressure data prediction algorithm based on curve fitting is proposed to ensure that the explosion can be recognized in time;a multi-sensor information fusion algorithm based on fuzzy logic is proposed to accurately identify whether the explosion occurs.(3)Through the study of different explosion-proof control system equipment,the explosion-proof control method and hardware protection measures and layout mode of the system are determined,so that the explosion-proof control device can act in time,realize the explosion-proof function of crusher,and protect hardware from explosion damage.(4)The software of explosion-proof control system for scrap metal crusher is developed to realize the functions of real-time data acquisition module,explosion-proof control module and communication and control between upper computer.Based on the crusher prototype and explosion-proof control system,the explosion-proof experimental scheme is designed and the effectiveness of the developed explosion-proof control system is verified by experiments.
