Development Of Zhalong Wetland Ecological Tourism Scenic Area In Heilongjiang Province

The wetland is known as the “kidney of the earth” and is the transition zone between terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems.It provides a strong guarantee for human production and life,and plays an irreplaceable role in flood control,flood storage,climate regulation and environmental beautification.China is the country with the largest wetland area in Asia,ranking fourth in the world’s wetland area.However,due to the irrational development and utilization of wetlands in the 1970 s,the wetland area in China has been decreasing year by year,and the ecological quality of wetlands has gradually declined.Therefore,the research and protection of wetland ecology has gradually become one of the hot issues of domestic and international concern.Although the wetland ecotourism resources in Heilongjiang Province are abundant,the land reclamation is large and lacks scientific and rational planning and design.The development of wetland ecotourism is still in its infancy.This paper takes the development of Zhalong Wetland Ecological Tourism Scenic Spot in Heilongjiang Province as the research object.Based on the wetland ecotourism theory,this paper analyzes the development status of the scenic spot and proposes a development strategy suitable for Zhalong Wetland Ecological Tourism Scenic Spot,in order to realize Zhalong Wetland.The healthy and sustainable development of eco-tourism scenic spots will drive the tourism economic growth of the whole province and even the northeast.The Zhalong Wetland Ecological Tourism Scenic Spot in Heilongjiang Province is a large-scale and well-preserved wetland ecological scenic spot in China.It can provide rational reference for the development of other similar wetland scenic spots.Based on the theory of ecological ethics,sustainable development theory and scenic area planning and development theory,this paper will follow the four development principles and design the development plan of Zhalong Wetland Scenic Spot with reference to the degree of influence of development indicators.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,research summary,research content and methods and the framework of the thesis.The second chapter discusses the theoretical concepts and empirical analysis of wetland,including ecological ethics theory,sustainable development theory and scenic spots.The theory of planning and development and the experience analysis of wetland eco-tourism scenic spots at home and abroad;the third chapter uses SWOT analysis to conduct a qualitative analysis of the Zhalong wetland eco-tourism scenic spot,and introduces the current development of the scenic spot and the existing problems in the Zhalong wetland scenic spot;The chapter uses the analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of the development of Zhalong wetland eco-tourism scenic spot.The fifth chapter proposes specific development plans and safeguard measures based on the development principles and the evaluation results obtained from the empirical analysis,including the implementation of differentiated management of scenic spots,upgrading the infrastructure construction of scenic spots,product development of innovative scenic spots projects,building cultural tourism brands of scenic spots,Cultivate professional service talents in scenic spots,strengthen the influence of scenic spots and publicity,and strengthen government support to ensure the development of ecological industrial chain.
