The rapid development of freeway has enhanced China’s economic strength.However,the development of freeway has also brought about traffic accidents and other problems.High-risk road sections of freeway not only exist frequent traffic accidents,but also have serious consequences,bringing a great threat to life and property safety of road users.Therefore,a clear and systematic traffic safety management scheme of high-risk road sections should be urgently built in China.Based on the historical traffic accident data,this paper identifies high-risk road sections and establishes a driving risk control scheme based on three measures: speed control,spatial layout and information release.The effectiveness of the driving risk control scheme in this paper is verified by simulation,and the incidence of traffic accidents on high-risk road sections is reduced to some extent.Firstly,considering the casualties caused by traffic accidents,the method of data mining and equivalent accident method are used to find the location and distribution of high-risk road sections,and then the association rules algorithm is used to correlate the influencing factors which related to traffic accidents on high-risk road sections.It facilitates the department of traffic safety management to formulate targeted remediation and prevention decisions.Secondly,the scheme of driving risk control on the high-risk road section of freeway is formulated,and the three measures of speed control,management of space layout and release of warning information are developed.The speed limit model of sub-models and lanes is established which base on the road linear index on the early warning section.The dynamic speed limit model of the sub-models and lanes is established on the high-risk road section.And the release of fixed information and release of mobile information are adopted,which is used as an effective means of early warning information release.The spatial layout of early warning sections and high-risk road sections is defined and then placement of various of transportation infrastructure is determined.Simultaneously,the speed coefficient of variation is introduced which can characterize the changes of the risk on the high-risk road sections.Finally,based on the above research,the K4~K6+600 high-risk road section,which is identified,is used as a research object.The traffic accident data on this high-risk road section is mined and find out the association rules of the influencing factors of traffic accidents.Then a targeted driving risk control scheme is proposed and simulated by TransModeler software.Under the same conditions of basic parameter setting,the driving risk control scheme which is formulated in this paper compare with the fixed value speed limit(scheme 1),the fixed value speed limit of the sub-model and lanes with management control on the early warning section(scheme 2).Simultaneously,the relevant evaluation indicators are selected.By analyzing the simulation results,the speed coefficient of variation of the driving risk control scheme which is formulated in this paper is 0.0961,which is 23.61% lower than the scheme 1 and 19.78% lower than the scheme 2.The effectiveness and superiority of the driving risk control scheme which is formulated in this paper is verified and the scheme can ensure the safety of driving on highrisk road sections.
