| Lu Embroidery is a representative embroidery in Shandong Province,which can be compared with the four famous embroidery styles in modern China: Suzhou,Hunan,Guangdong and Sichuan.It enjoys a certain position in the realm of embroidery art in China,known as "Suzhou Embroidery in the South and Lu Embroidery in the North".With the continuous advancement of China’s modernization process,Lu Embroidery industry is faced with new challenges and needs to explore opportunities to adapt to the development of the times.Lu Embroidery contains the splendid folk culture in Qilu area.It is of great significance for its inheritance,protection and innovative development for us to deeply study the ancient craft of Lu Embroidery.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review,field investigation and investigation to analyze in detail the cultural and historical development,characteristics of expressing language of traditional Lu Embroidery and its application strategies in modern clothing,and summarizes the feasible innovative application methods through the creative practice of Lu Embroidery and modern clothing.In the aspect of expressing language of Lu Embroidery,this paper mainly discusses three aspects of technology,color and pattern,and through the study of traditional Lu Embroidery objects and literature,analyzes its artistic characteristics,combination rule and aesthetic value.Then,by sending out questionnaires,the consumption intention of Lu Embroidery clothing is analyzed to provide data support for the application of Lu Embroidery in modern clothing.Finally,the application principle of expressing language of Lu Embroidery in modern clothing is discussed through brand case analysis and creative practice.Combining Lu Embroidery with modern clothing,we should not only dig deeply into and protect the traditional Lu Embroidery culture,but also flexibly use the notion of modern fashion design to promote the diversified development of traditional Lu Embroidery culture. |
