| With the rapid development of China’s coal mining industry,people are gradually aware of the harm caused by dust,dust hazard has become the focus of today’s society.As one of the sources of pollution that causes the deterioration of the coal mine environment,dust is a serious threat to the physical and mental health of coal miners.The long-term excessive concentration of dust concentration will induce coal mine workers’ upper respiratory tract infections,and even others suffer from pneumoconios is;on the other hand,it will lead to problems such as shortened instrument life and dust explosion.Therefore,timely and effective measures are taken to detect the dust concentration in the coal mine,and then dust removal and dust reduction can effective ly ensure the health of the staff and maintain the sanitation of the working environme nt.In recent years,the problem of coal mine dust pollution has attracted the attention of China’s coal mine related technical departments,speeding up the replacement of dust detection instruments.However,the existing dust detecting instruments have problems such as poor stability and high measurement accuracy,and these problems will be more prominent in the case of a harsh coal mine environment.Through a large number of references,the development status and detection mechanism of dust detection instruments at home and abroad were studied in detail,and the dust concentration was determined by laser scattering method.The method can clearly detect the dust concentration and particle size distribution in the region,namely PM2.5 and PM10,and the precision is high.Based on the method,the dust concentration detection instrument was designed.Combined with the dust distribut io n and migration law of underground coal mine,the position of the dust measureme nt point in the mine was arranged in detail.The influence of temperature and humidity on the dust detection was analyzed,and the temperature and humidity compensatio n algorithm was used to detect the dust.The numerical error is minimized.With Lo Ra communication technology and microcontroller STM32,the real-time reliable detection of dust parameters is completed,and the detection data is automatica l ly uploaded and processed automatically.Use the Eclipse development tools to design the PC-side display page to facilitate the staff to view the test results.Finally,the dust concentration detection instrument was tested.The results show that the instrument has the characteristics of wide communication range,long life,fast response time and stable operation.It achieves the purpose of real-time and accurate detection of dust concentration in coal mines and display.The achievement of this research has certain social significance for improving the informationization and intelligence level of coal mine safety testing,promoting the development of coal science and technology and environmental protection. |
