As an important energy resource,coal is widely used in industry,transportation,construction and other fields.With the continuous development of society and the increasing population,the demand for energy is also increasing,and the mining and utilization of coal resources is becoming more and more important.However,in the process of coal mining,due to the lack of technology and management,mine accidents also happen.Mine accidents not only bring great economic losses to coal mining enterprises,but also threaten the lives of miners and have adverse effects on social stability and economic development.Therefore,the importance of underground rescue is self-evident.Aiming at the deficiency of existing underground rescue communication methods,this paper proposes and studies a underground rescue communication system based on LoRa wireless communication technology.The downhole rescue communication system can transmit downhole environmental parameters in real time and store these environmental parameters.At the same time,the downhole rescue terminal can realize short distance wireless voice communication.In terms of system hardware design,this system chooses FPGA as the processor of rescue terminal,SX1278 wireless communication chip to support the wireless data transmission of the system,and WM8731 as the audio codec chip of rescue terminal.In the software design part of the system,the configuration method and configuration process of each chip are introduced in detail,and the initialization program,data sending program and data receiving program of SX1278 chip are written with Verilog language,as well as the program of audio data sampling module and audio data output module of WM8731 chip.Aiming at the problem of communication bit error rate,a bit error rate monitoring program is designed and written.Finally,the system is tested,and a series of indicators such as the success rate of communication,communication distance,data storage function and bit error rate monitoring accuracy are tested and evaluated.The test results show that the system has high communication quality and stability,and can meet the requirements of underground rescue communication.
