The topic of the thesis comes from the 2018 annual open-pit coal mine slope stability analysis and evaluation project of Weijiamao Coal and Electricity Co,Ltd.Weijiamao Open-pit Coal Mine is a modern large-scale open-pit coal mine located in the eastern part of Zhungeer Banner,Erdos City,Inner Mongolia. The analysis of open pit mining yard and dump slope stability is an important issue in the field of open pit mining. With the continuous advancement of open pit mining, the scale of production continues to increase, and the dumping capacity of dumps increases. The abandonment height is also increased, which makes the problem of the stability of the dump slope prominent. In addition, the tank ditch is located in the Weijiamao mining area, and it flows through the first mining area and the west side of the No.1 dump.Although the tank ditch is a seasonal river,it is safe under normal conditions. However, under the influence of extreme weather or other unsafe factors, the damage and impact on the mining area and the dumping site cannot be ignored. It is particularly important to analyze and evaluate the stability of the dumping site and to monitor the area where the dumping site is prone to unsafe factors. The stability analysis and monitoring of stope and dump slopes not only relates to the stability and development of open pit mines, but also to the various aspects of the lives of the surrounding residents.Based on the engineering geological conditions of Weijiamao open-pit coal mine, the stability analysis of stope, dumping site and non-working slope is carried out by Geostudio limit equilibrium calculation, and the stress and displacement characteristics of slope are analyzed by FLAC3 D numerical simulation.Explain the landslide mechanism, verify the accuracy of the limit equilibrium, and draw conclusions on whether the slope is stable. For the unstable area and the slope with potential unsafe factors, combined with the existing automatic monitoring data, the analysis is carried out, which is the most effective.Under the premise of the regulation, the monitoring optimization plan for the Weijiamao open-pit coal mine stope, internal dumping site,Dongyi dumping site, southwest dumping site andnon-working slope is given. After the study,it is concluded that the slope of the stope forms an overall plastic penetration, the slope is generally in a stable state, and the potential sliding slope is large. If a potential aquifer is discovered during the mining process,a large area of landslide may occur. The dumping site is in a stable state, but the southwest dumping site is close to the working area.In view of the current working face advancement,a composite slope of the southwest dumping slope and the working side slope is formed. At the same time, the southwest dump site is located in the future working face of the Guanzigou well industrial and mining, and the underground mining will lead to large-scale deformation of the slope.Considering the positioning error of GNSS itself, the on-site environmental impact error, and the solution error of the base station difference calculation, within 1cm,it is considered to be stable.Considering the previous creep deformation, the recommended warning value is 2cm.It is recommended to use the combination of the surface displacement automatic monitoring system and the underground displacement monitoring system to comprehensively monitor the southwest dumping site and the working auxiliary compound slope.
