| Strip mining as an important method of mineral resources production, it makes a great contribution to the national economic production. At the same time, it also cause environmental damage a lot, and its slope shape and stability effect safety production and economic benefits of mine company directly. Traditional slope theory designs the slope angle as a fixed value since it do not take the character of timeliness slope into consideration. This mode ensured the safety of the slope to a certain extent, but its conservative concept paid as a great waste of economy and resources. Study started from the perspective of slope timeliness, processed theoretical analysis numerical simulation on slope. Suggestions of establishing timeliness slope automatic monitoring system were put forward based on the research of slope timeliness character. The major contents and results of this study were summarized as follow:(1) Combining the slope stability theory and the method of time series in the theoretical research of slope timeliness. Diffset of slope rock mass parameters time series analysis was showed based on the timeliness data of rock intensity parameter, and time series dynamic prediction formulas of these parameter were obtained. At the same tine, the stability calculation formula with time factor of timeliness slope was deduced out based on limit equilibrium method. Suggestion of slow down steep slope shape was given according to the comprehensive analysis of factors, which will influence the stability of timeliness slope mainly.(2) Use finite difference method numerical simulation software FLAC 3D and its strength reduction method to solve traditional slope model and traditional model with timeliness parameter values. The result will be used to propose the viewpoint of traditional theory slope design is too conservative. Design numerical simulation tests to determine reasonable slope angle values under different timelines parameters. Then the reasonable slope angle under fixed timelines parameter and fixed safety factor can be obtained, also with the shape of timeliness slope and its model. Compare and analyze results of numerical simulation and the comprehensive performance of traditional slope and timeliness slope, conclusions that timeliness slope design can reduce the stripping ratio and improve the economic benefit of mine under a safety stability that already reached the requirement of traditional slope design were obtained.(3) Study researched the project construction and automatic monitoring system development of timeliness slope structure. Firstly, start with determination of system requirements and system general framework. Then the monitoring items of slope monitoring ware confirmed, and relevant equipment were chosen and arranged according to the timeliness slope stability theory and results of numerical simulation. System data transmission and processing methods were comparative studied and confirmed, also with the realization model of the safety early warning. Finally, major function modules include system login and user management module, data acquisition module, data analysis and early warning module and data storage management module were designed and developed based on LabVIEW program and database technology. These can provide references for building and practice of timeliness slope monitoring system. |
