| Machinery manufacturing industry has been our country’s pillar industry.With the rapid development of the industries like automobile,electronic product,instruments and apparatus,and so on,there is an increasing demand for the punch press.As the punch press equipment has the problem of perpendicularity error generated by slider stroke on the workbench surface,it will become more and more difficult to meet demand for the production of precision products in market.Combined with the mechanism of crank punch press sliding block,the perpendicularity error that is allowed in different positions should be analyzed to ensure the smooth operation.Therefore,in the continuous punching process of the punch press,if the verticality error can be reliably detected,and the error value is displayed by the LCD in real time,it has an important role in ensuring the processing quality of punching products.Consequently,in the field of punch processing,the research on the theory,technology and method of perpendicularity error on the upper surface of workbench generated by crank punch slider has been a concern among scholars and experts.In this paper,with the need of developing the perpendicularity error detection device on the upper plane of the workbench and the development trend at home and abroad.The relevant technologies in mechanical structure design of the measuring device,the optical system,the data processing and the error evaluation are discussed and studied in this thesis.The first chapter describes the research background and significance.Besides,it summarizes and analyses the domestic and foreign development status of related technologies including verticality between slider stroke and workbench,punch rail linear measuring devices,data collecting and processing,error evaluation and accuracy analysis.Finally,it introduces the research goal and the arrangement of chapters in this thesis.In the second chapter,based on the established mathematical model,this thesis carries out the overall design of the detection system,and uses Pro/E to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the perpendicularity detection platform device and the laser collimation system.The two-dimensional PSD is used as the sensor to detect the deviation of the slider on all side directions.The photoelectric encoder can measure the real-time position height of the slider.The designed circuit completes the acquisition and processing of the signal.The third chapter,a mathematical model of the plane verticality between slide stroke and a working plate based on the reference base of laser beam is set up and the working principle,the detection process and the detection device composition of the detection system are introduced in detail.Matlab is used to compile the program to fit the sampling points,from which it almost gets the actual curve of the punch rail and has a general understanding of the bending state of the guide rail.In the fourth chapter,a mathematical model of the perpendicularity error assessment method based on a new generation of GPS is set up,and the error analysis of the plane verticality on the worktable is carried out on the slide block.Combined with the slider-block mechanism of crankpunch press,the tolerance of perpendicularity error at different positions is analyzed.And it explains,the reason that affects perpendicularity accuracy to instruct;the installation of punch press and ensure smooth operation.Finally,the whole work of this thesis is summarized and the deficiency and the further research work that should resolve the pressed. |
