Deep hole straightness detection technology is an important means to verify whether the straightness accuracy of deep hole parts can meet the specified standards.In order to solve such problems,this paper develops a set of deep hole straightness detection software based on the deep hole straightness measurement device of the measurement method,so as to realize data collection,wireless transmission,data processing and evaluation of deep hole straightness.Based on the Arduino series development board and other electronic components and circuit simulation software,the data acquisition and wireless transmission system for straightness detection is designed,which realizes the function of collecting and wireless transmission of measurement data.Based on the.net framework platform and C# and MATLAB hybrid programming technology to develop deep hole straightness detection software,through MATLAB to achieve three-dimensional space image drawing,in C# to complete the software operation interface design,measurement data real-time reception,data processing and calculation,historical data call and application packaging and other modules,and the software is encapsulated as a desktop independent application,suitable for most operating systems,with small size and easy installation and other advantages.A test platform for deep hole straightness automatic detection device was built,and the deep hole straightness detection software was used to measure the inner diameter of a typical deep hole part.The results show that the deep hole straightness detection software can collect the displacement increment of the inner wall of the workpiece,wireless transmission of data and data processing in real time,and the measured straightness of the deep hole meets the part design requirements.The deep hole straightness detection software and data transmission system designed in this paper has the characteristics of further improving the automation level,detection speed and detection accuracy of deep hole straightness,and the packaged application is more secure and convenient,realizing the real-time reception and display of detection data,straightness error calculation and three-dimensional image drawing,which is a simple,stable and inclusive and economical and practical detection system,which contributes to subsequent research.
