| Because of its safety, high efficiency and convenience, induction cooker has become one of the most popular household appliances. However, when the electric cooker is working, the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the cooker is produced by alternating electromagnetic force, which affects people’s feeling of using. Therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanism of electromagnetic vibration and noise of the electric cooker, and its research is of great significance for reducing vibration and noise of the electric cooker. In this paper, the electromagnetic field theory is firstly analyzed, and the mathematical model of three-dimensional eddy current field is established. At the same time, the modal model of stainless steel pot is established by m+p Analyzer. The modal frequency and mode shape are obtained through modal test, and the stainless steel pot finite element is established in ANSYS.The model is based on the modal test results for modal simulation and modal correction;then the time domain current data under the induction cooker condition is measured, the data is analyzed and the current data of the induction cooker 800 W and 1000 W are extracted, and the current load is used in Maxwell. The electromagnetic field simulation of the induction cooker was carried out,and the eddy current, electromagnetic induction intensity, magnetic field strength cloud map and electromagnetic field time domain electromagnetic force of the induction cooker were obtained. Then, the coupling simulation was carried out by ANSYS to obtain the time domain dynamic response of the stainless steel pot,and the displacement response experiment of the stainless steel pot of the induction cooker was performed. The simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results. Then the LMS Virtual.Lab software is used to simulate the induction cooker noise, and the spherical field grid and the square field grid are respectively established to visually show the noise near the induction cooker. Finally, based on the research results, the vibration reduction and noise reduction scheme of the induction cooker is proposed. |
