The development of industrial robots is becoming an important direction and focal point of industrial modernization.For large steel structures,using industrial robots to complete its manufacture can greatly improve the machining efficiency and save the human capital.The motion control system has important practical and economic value and has been an important research field of academy and industry.This paper studies the five-axis motion control system and carries on the detailed introduction of related parts of the system.The main work is:This paper studies the five-axis head cutting machine mechanical structure and point out the innovation of the structure and movement principle of the actuator.Then we put forward three problems.They are the analysis of control system and the development of human-computer interaction function and the location and trajectory generation algorithm of groove hole.Then we analyze the hardware platform of the corresponding control system and study the five axis control system,including the motion control card and the corresponding software and hardware system and the servo control module.The five axis interpolation technology is also been studied.then has carried on the research.This paper designs a general R&W module of movement parameter information,This paper establishes a relatively perfect reading and writing module of G code.The trajectory simulation ensures the validity of the processing trajectory.This paper completes the concrete implementation with C++ to calculate the specific highest point,based on the least squares fitting method and develops a corresponding operation interface.And it completes the calculation of hole trajectory based on Newton iteration method.Finally,this paper does some test of the system to ensure it's correction and then summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the system,and discusses its future.
