As a new type of green material,foam concrete has been widely welcomed in the market.However,low strength and poor durability have always been the main factors limiting the application of foam concrete engineering.At present,domestic and foreign research mainly improves the external factors such as foam concrete preparation materials and admixtures,or studies the internal structure of foam concrete from the microscopic point of view.The overall performance of the concrete.Mixing is an important step in the preparation of foam concrete,whether it is the preparation of a cementitious material slurry or the foaming agent or the mixing of foam and slurry requires efficient and high quality agitation.Therefore,in three different mixing equipments,two series of tests were carried out with different mixing parameters and vibration parameters to study the influence of mixing methods on the performance of foam concrete,so as to explore the optimal mixing parameters and vibration of foam concrete.Mixing methods and its influence mechanism and improvement effect on the performance of foam concrete.The results show that the analysis of the performance of foam concrete under different mixing modes can be concluded that the vertical shaft mixing equipment is more suitable for the mixing of foam concrete.Since the vertical axis planetary mixing equipment has no mixing dead angle,the large circulation and small circulation of materials formed by the three rotating mixing blades and the rotating scraping plate can improve the mixing efficiency and the mixing quality of the foam concrete slurry.In the mixing process of foam concrete,the improvement of the mixing speed is more significant for the performance of the foam concrete;compared with the ordinary mixing,the vibration mixing can effectively reduce the density of the foam concrete and can improve the compressive strength.Under the M1 ratio,the wet density of fresh foam concrete decreased by 23.19% under the vibration mixing,the dry apparent density decreased by 32.67%,and the 28 d compressive strength increased by 18.76%.Under the M2 ratio,the vibration mixing effect The wet density of fresh foam concrete decreased by 6.19%,the dry apparent density decreased by 15.01%,and the 28 d compressive strength increased by 14.12%.Vibration mixing can significantly improve the mixing quality and efficiency of foam concrete,and its performance is improved.As the vibration intensity increases,the agitation power decreases,and the time required to reach each power feature point is significantly less.Under the vibration mixing mode,the time of reaching the temperature peak inside the foam concrete matrix is significantly less than that of the ordinary mixing mode,and the maximum temperature rise of the foam concrete matrix inside the vibration mixing mode is higher than the ordinary mixing mode,indicating that the vibration mixing can accelerate the water of the cement.The reaction and the decomposition reaction of hydrogen peroxide.
