Modern concrete is dominated by large flow regimes,and the workability of concrete is increasingly demanding.Due to the extensive use of admixtures,as the fluidity increases,the possibility of decreasing the homogeneity of the concrete greatly increases,and several admixtures and admixtures are often added,resulting in poor compatibility between various components.The problem has also aggravated the trend of poor homogeneity,and even caused the segregation and bleeding of fresh concrete.This has affected the quality of the project.The homogeneity of concrete refers to the uniformity of the distribution of the components between different units of concrete.When the composition and amount of concrete materials are the same,their performance depends on the quality of the homogeneity.Concrete is a highly heterogeneous material and good homogeneity is a goal that high-performance concrete should pursue.In other words,the large flow state of concrete should be based on the premise of good homogeneity.At present,the domestic concrete mixing time is generally short,and this is insufficient for the homogeneity of multi-component concrete,and the homogeneity is difficult to guarantee,affecting the strength and durability of the concrete.The realization of concrete flexibility and high homogeneity is directly related to the mixing equipment and process.Improvement of equipment technology is one of the innovation directions of modern concrete.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the concrete mixing process to improve the performance of concrete and promote the application of high-performance concrete..At present,vibration stirring equipment developed in recent years,that is,high-frequency vibrators are added on the basis of forced stirring of twin-shafts,and the mixing efficiency is significantly improved,so that the concrete mixture can be evenly mixed in a relatively short period of time.The application of vibratory agitation in concrete has received extensive attention and made some progress,but the research is still not systematic enough and perfect.In this project,vibration stirring is used as a new type of stirring technology to test the influence of the fresh concrete on the strength and the development law,durability,and the microscopic appearance of the susceptibility and hardened concrete.The test results show that the vibration stirring mixing method can reduce the phenomenon of micro-cracks and micro-holes in the high-fluidity concrete,optimize the microstructure of the concrete,and improve the homogeneity of the concrete,thereby improving the concrete strength and resistance to chloride ion erosion..Vibrating agitation is beneficial to reduce the superficial pore structure defects of high-strength concrete,so that the workability of concrete is significantly improved,thereby improving the strength of concrete,resistance to chloride ion erosion and carbonation resistance;vibration stirring makes the workability of reactive powder concrete significantly improved.It is beneficial to reduce the defects of shallow pores in reactive powder concrete,thereby improving the strength of concrete and the ability to resist chloride attack.When the vibratory agitating vibration is enhanced,vibratory agitation improves the workability of the high-flow concrete significantly.From the macroscopic point of view,the cohesiveness and the overall homogeneity also become better.While stably reducing the plastic viscosity of concrete,and increasing the gas content of concrete.Vibrating agitation can increase the strength of the concrete,which is beneficial to the carbonation resistance of the concrete,making the concrete more compact,thereby improving the resistance of the concrete to the erosion of chloride ions.The research of this subject systematically analyzes the feasibility of vibratory agitation applied to concrete and its influence on concrete performance.The engineering value of vibratory agitation applied in concrete is obtained.It provides a large-scale engineering application of vibratory agitation equipment.Theoretical basis,and provide technical support and reference for large-scale engineering application of vibration mixing equipment.
