With the improvement of effluent quality requirements of sewage treatment plants in China,those with substandard effluent quality is need to upgrading and reconstruction,especially industrial sewage plant.This study takes one sewage treatment plant in chemical industry park as the research object,takes method of comparative analysis as the main research method,and takes the level A standard of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal waste,especially COD?40mg/L and NH3-N?2mg/L as the research target.Through the analysis of the data of the inflow and outflow water quantity and water quality in 2014 and the field investigation,the current sewage treatment process plan and sludge treatment process plan are understood,and the existing professional problems are summarized.It is known that the original process plan has loopholes,abnormal fluctuation of inlet water quality and unstable effluent water quality.The original sewage treatment process plan adopts the combination process of strengthening primary flocculation+multistage A/O and A2/O biochemical+post-flocculation and sedimentation,and the treatment reaches the primary B discharge standard.Through comparison,analysis and reasoning,the treatment scheme of"pretreatment+hydrolysis and acidification+biochemical treatment+advanced oxidation+inclined plate precipitation+vertical fiber press cloth filter tank"is planned for this renovation,including hydrolysis acidification using an existing regulation pool,advanced oxidation pool using an existing adsorption pool,the new fine grille,aerated grit chamber,the vertical fiber filter cloth filter,contact disinfection pond,advanced oxidation between dosing,sludge conditioning pools and plate and frame sludge dewatering machine room,the rest of the structure?building?structures using existing transformation.The original sludge treatment process adopted"sludge concentration tank+belt filter dewatering"and then shipped the compost abroad.The plate frame dehydrator is planned to be used in this renovation,which can ensure its moisture content?60%,which meets the requirement of the"concession agreement"that the moisture content of sludge should be?80%,and the requirement of"the disposal of sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant-Quality of sludge for co-landfilling"that the moisture content of sludge should be?60%.Because the sludge may contain heavy metals or harmful substances,the sludge after dehydration must be tested by the relevant departments,meet the standards of fertilizer can be used in fertilizer production.Through the analysis of investment estimation,new cost calculation,benefit and other aspects,it is known that this project is financially feasible,has good solvency and anti-risk ability,and has strong anti-risk ability.After the completion of the project,the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant was improved.Through the analysis of the effluent water quality data in 2018,the effluent water quality basically reaches the research objectives of COD?40mg/L and NH3-N?2mg/L.This study can provide technical and empirical support for other sewage treatment plants in need of upgrading and become a case for reference.
