Although Yunnan is rich in hydropower resources and has obvious advantages in clean energy reserves,due to the slowing down of load growth and the high energy storage value of hydropower in dry season,there are a large number of surplus hydropower in wet season,which leads to the contradiction of the overcapacity of power supply.Moreover,the generation capacity of clean energy alone is far over the demand in wet season.In recent years,China has formulated countermeasures to solve the problem of surplus water,wind energy curtailment and photovoltaic energy curtailment,which requires improving the capacity of clean energy consumption.Therefore,Yunnan power grid must reduce surplus water.In order to respond to the national energy development strategy,reduce the surplus hydropower in Yunnan and improve the capacity of clean energy consumption,this paper puts forward the operation mode of Yunnan wet season full-clean energy generation.However,this mode of operation brings about the safety and stability problems and economic benefit distribution problems of related enterprises,which need to be studied and solved.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theory of generation rights trading,introduces the basic concept,transaction process and transaction requirements of generation rights trading.In view of the insufficient conversion of positive external economic benefits of generation rights trading,the generation rights trading and its model have been improved by accounting for the benefits of carbon trading.Based on the theory of generation rights trading,this paper analyses the necessity and feasibility of developing full-clean energy generation in Yunnan,summarizes its characteristics,and points out the problems to be solved and the direction to be explored of full-clean energy generation in Yunnan.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,it is necessary to analyze and solve the safety and stability problems existing in the operation of Yunnan wet season full-clean energy generation.Based on the data of the summer generation mode in 2018,the simulation software is used to debug the shutdown of thermal power units and the addition of hydropower units in Yunnan power grid.After the power flow convergence check of thefull-clean energy generation grid was completed,the Yunnan wet season full-clean energy generation grid was obtained.On this basis,the grid is further checked for the safety and stability by N-1 principle and N-2 principle,and in view of its new stability problems,a solution is proposed and the feasibility of the proposed solution is verified by simulation.Aiming at the distribution of economic benefits of hydropower units and thermal power units under the condition of Yunnan wet season full-clean energy generation,the generation rights trading mechanism for Yunnan wet season full-clean energy generation is proposed.It includes bilateral trading and centralized matching trading mechanism with monthly cycle,economic benefit evaluation model of market participants and operators and environmental benefit analysis model.Finally,through the analysis of monthly centralized matchmaking transactions,it is verified that the implementation of Yunnan wet season full-clean energy generation can help to reduce the surplus hydropower of Yunnan power grid,improve the capacity of clean energy consumption,and realize the win-win of economic and environmental benefits.
