The composite materials of DMC are widely used in various industries,such as signal box shell,the window,well-covers and so on.According to the company's requirements,the equipment of the control and forming System of Hybrid automatic production line about mixing DMC composite materials should be designed and researched.This article in view of highly automated,of the control system for the entire equipment such as the initial mixing device,the medium mixing device,the curing device,the stone powder feeding device,the glass fiber feeding device,and the forming and cutting device,it can realize automatic weighting and feeding,reasonable control of feeding time,feeding amount,mixing time and discharging rate according to time requirements,and realize closed-loop control of temperature,quality and liquid level,improve the matching precision of composite materials,and make quality error Controlled at ±10kg.The forming and cutting device can produce the DMC composite materials into a long strip shape with adjustable width and length.By using MATLAB simulation and optimizing crosscut mechanism of cutter trajectory,the incision line closed to the vertical is got.The results show that when the cutter location distance crank heart turn length 55 mm and the crank angle speed is 26 rpm,the shape of the transverse incision of the material is the smallest,and the most close to the leveling standard,to meet the production requirements.The whole process is controlled by PLC and operated by humanmachine interface(HMI)to realize full automation of the production line,reduce labor costs,greatly improve production efficiency,reduce dust,improve working environment and reduce safety risks.
