Under the conditions of rapid development of science and technology,the food industry is also developing rapidly.However,with the frequent occurrence of food safety and health incidents in recent years and people focusing great importance on food safety and health issues,various social media and the public put more attention into the production,packaging,transportation and other aspects of food materials.Especially for the food materials processing industry with wide coverage and difficult supervision it has put forward more food safety requirements.In addition to ensuring that the materials of the food are free from pollution and harm,it is also necessary to ensure that the related by-products used in the normal operation of mechanical equipment,transportation pipelines,packaging interfaces and other parts used in food processing cannot cause health hazards in food material processing.Therefore,in order to meet the practical requirements of food processing machinery,reduce wear and prolong life without compromising food safety,various types of food grade grease materials have been developed at home and abroad.In this paper,which is mainly prepared and researched the food grade grease by the following aspects:1.The preparation and related properties research on food grade composite aluminum based grease.In this paper it was firstly prepared food grade composite aluminum-based grease by using different base oils.A food grade composite aluminum-based grease with excellent performance,low cost,wide applicability and improved oil separation was screened out by the comprehensive comparative analyzing of greases prepared by several different base oils.And then it was analyzed the effects of various process conditions on the properties of food grade composite aluminum-based grease in the preparation process and finally found the the impact of different process conditions on the preparation of food grade composite aluminum base grease.2.The preparation and research of the impact of application environment on its properties of food grade PTFE grease.In this paper,the food grade PTFE grease was prepared by using food grade PTFE micropowder as thickener.The IR and SEM were used to analyze the structure and modification of PTFE and the various properties of the prepared PTFE grease and the PTFE grease under different acid,alkali,alcoholic environments were tested and analyzed.And finally found that the PTFE grease prepared by the uniformly distributed small particle PTFE powder has higher dropping point,excellent water resistance,lubricity,extreme pressure wear resistance and less steel mesh oil,and different acid,alkali,and alcohol environments have less impact on their performance.3.The preparation of food grade vacuum sealed silicone grease and the discussion and analysis of the influence of dihydroxy diphenylsilane on the structure and properties of vacuum sealed silicone grease.In this paper,a simple preparation process is used to prepare food grade vacuum sealed silicone grease.The various properties of the prepared food grade vacuum sealing silicone grease were tested and analyzed,and the effects of dihydroxy diphenylsilane on the properties of food grade vacuum sealed grease were discussed and analyzed.It can be found that the prepared food grade vacuum sealing grease has excellent sealing property,water resistance,vacuum resistance and high temperature resistance.Moreover,the addition of dihydroxy diphenylsilane has a good improvement and regulation effect on the properties of the prepared food grade grease.
