In this thesis,we used the coupling agent/D4 polymerization method,coupling agent hydrolysate/D4 polymerization method and coupling agent hydrolysate/methyl silicone oil equilibrium method to prepare amino silicone oil,and characterize and test its structure and properties.Experimental results showed that the low temperature hydrolysis of amino coupling agent was used to control the structure of the hydrolysate,and the hydrolysate mainly composed of silicon diol was obtained.The hydrolysate in the nitrogen atmosphere reacted with the tetramethylammonium hydroxide silicon alkoxide.The product is formed by homopolymerization with anhydrous D4(octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane).Compared with the traditional technical route of reacting aminosilane coupling agent directly with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane to prepare amino silicone oil,the technical route has a single product structure,uniform amino distribution,good transparency and controllable viscosity.The yield is high and the heat resistance is good;the amino silicone oil is easily emulsified into a transparent microemulsion and has excellent stability.It is suitable for applications such as fabric treatment and personal care products with good performance.The first part of this thesis mainly explores the optimal preparation methods and performance influencing factors of amino silicone oil.The amino silicone oil prepared by the coupling agent hydrolysate/D4 polymerization method has a controllable viscosity range of200-800,000 mPa·s,the non-volatile content is more than 90.0%,the yield is up to 94.0%,and the transmittance greater than 94.0%.Secondly,it mainly explores the factors affecting the preparation and performance of amino silicone oil emulsion.A typical amino silicone oil microemulsion prepared by mechanical emulsification using the above amino silicone oil has a particle diameter of 8.00 nm,a nonvolatile content of 18.0%,and a transmittance of 98%(λ=550 nm).The last,it mainly explores the application of amino silicone oil and its microemulsion.Studies have shown that the developed products have a certain application effect in fabric finishing and shampooing.
