Analysis On The Characteristics Of The Fire Of Typical Electric Bike And Countermeasures

With the increasing traffic pressure in the city,electric bicycles are favored by the(?) for their convenience,economy,speed and environmental protection.Due to the angid development of electric bicycle technology in China,the number of electric bicycles has gream steadily.However,due to the lack of the design technology of electric bicycles and the lack of people's awareness of the safety of electric bicycles,electric bicycles have brought preat convenience to everyone,but also brought many fire disasters and other social problems In mecent years,there has been an increase in the number of accidents involving electric hicycles,especially those resulting in casualtiesBased on the current situation of electric bicycles at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the typical cases of electric bicycle fires.Through these case studies,we conclude that the self-ignition fire of electric bicycles is mainly caused by poor battery contact,electrical failure,high DC temperature,overheating of electrical components,and direct short cionait.In order to further understand the causes of electric bicycle fire accidents,the accident tree analysis method was used to analyze the fire accidents of self-ignition of electric vehicles in Xi'an on January 29,2018.Then it is further analyzed that the safety hazards of electric(?)are mainly concentrated in the electric bicycle electrical circuit.It is found that the current management status of electric bicycles in China has problems such as managing the legal blank of electric bicycles and increasing electric bicycle accidents year by year.According to the results of the short circuit test of the simulated electric bicycle battery,the charactertics of the electric bicycle fire mainly include the characteristics of fast burning speed,easy to be emitted at night and easy to be sent in a small space.The main disaster-causing factors of electric bicycles are the quality of the electric bicycle itself However,Guan,electric bicycles are privately modified and a large number of counterfeit and shoddy products are flooding the market and the owner's safety awareness is weak.The main causes of fire are electrical short circuit and poor circuit contact.Finally,it puts forward measures to crack down on illegal activities,increase publicity and education to guide the correct use,and strengthen charging and safety management to prevent electric bicycle fire accidents.It also proposes to improve the electric bicycle itself.Suggestions for electric bicycle fire prevention such as quality,centralized charging,centralized management,and complete facilities.
