| The process of world industrialization shows that with the development of productivity and the irnprovement of science and technology the problems of occupational health and safety are becoming more and more serious.For example,with the increase of occupational diseases in various industries,it is urgent to improve the level of safety management and strengthen occupational health protection in order to ensure people’s safety and health.In this paper,Shuicheng Iron and Steel(Group)ironmaking plant(hereinafter referred to as"Shuicheng Iron and Steel Works,")is selected.According to the characteristics of occupational hazards in construction projects,the potential occupational hazards are assessed qualitatively and quantitatively by on-site investigation and inspection methods.Under the condition of full-load production,according to the relevant national norms and relevant standards,the occupational hazards such as physical factors,dust,toxic and harmful chemicals produced in the production process are detected.Becaus.e of the large fluctuation of the test data in a short time,the grey system theory is introduced to provide the theory and method from correlation analysis to model building control for this system with uncertain information.On the basis of describing the current situation of research at home and abroad and the history of occupational safety and health development,this paper clarifies the main problems in occupational safety and h,ealth research and determines the research ideas and methods of this paper.Combining with the basic situation of Shuicheng Iron and Steel Works and the current situation of occupational safety and health,this paper analyses and detects the occupational hazards in the process of production.According to the test results,the primary occupational hazards are identified,and the occupational hazards in Shuicheng Iron and Steel Ironmaking Plant are systematically analyzed by using:the grey relational theory.The main characteristics of things are grasped by arranging the relational degree,and the key work places for controlling occupational hazards are found out,so as to concentrate the manpower and material resources and focus on taking renovation and optimization measures to promote the occupational health and safety system to be rapid.Effective development also provides the judgment basis for the next step of occupational safety and health management.At the same time,it is more efficient to solve the occupational hazards of an ironmaking plant.It is important to implement the improvement measures purposefully,save a lot of costs and resources for enterprises,and provide the basis for better carrying out the occupational hazards prevention work of construction projects. |
