Research On Application Of Fine Management In Hongliulin Coal Mine

The continuous innovation of management methods is one of the important measures for the continuous improvement of the efficiency of coal enterprises.The comprehensive implementation of refined management is an inevitable choice for the high.quality development of coal enterprises,and is of great significance for the sustainable development and modernization of coal enterprises.This study takes the fine management of Hongliulin Coal Mine as the research object,summarizes the relevant theories of fine management,combines the status quo and existing problems of fine management of Hongliulin Coal Mine.The refined management has been designed.Constructed a refined management model of process control in Hongliulin Coal Mine,including six aspects of refined management content.They were:process system refinement control,process node refinement control,process program refinement control,process flow refinement control,process post refinement control,and process innovation refinement control.On the basis of the above,the guarantee system for the refined management of the process control of Hongliulin Coal Mine is proposed.They are the process refined management support system and the process refined management technology system.The process refined management support system includes"Xin·Xin"cultural system,team quality improvement system,"three.dimensional"responsibility implementation system,system guarantee system,standard system,internal marketization system,performance appraisal system,management information system,etc.Process refinement management technology system includes machine ring double inspection technology,ergonomics,"Ding.Zhi,Bian.Ma,Biao.Shi,Kan.Ban"four technologies,"5E"life cycle management,engineering psychology,value engineering teclhnology,system analysis technology.Through the research and summary of the refined management of Hongliulin Coal Mine,the management level of Hongliulin Coal Mine has been further improved,and it has also provided useful experience for the management of other coal mining enterprises.
