Hot-metal transportation is an important part of iron and steel enterprises in the production of steel.Many steel companies use hot metal transportation and ordinary vehicle transportation to share the roads of the factory,causing the hot-metal transportation vehicles to have a lot of time in the process of transportation,especially when crossing the intersection,waiting for the traffic lights.The waste has greatly reduced the efficiency of hot-metal transportation,and the complicated traffic conditions at the intersections have reduced the safety of hot metal transportation,and when the red light is encountered at the intersection,the braking is decelerated and the vehicle is started later,resulting in a large amount of energy consumption.Therefore,steel companies urgently need to solve the problem of the passage of hot-metal transportation vehicles at intersections.Based on the analysis of the model of the molten iron passing through the intersection,this paper designs a set of priority control system for hot-metal car.This system can meet the needs of the molten iron car when passing through the intersection during the transportation of iron from the ironworks to the steelworks.Gain priority to pass through the intersection.It provides reference and ideas for the research work of steel mills to optimize the efficiency of hot-metal transportation and transportation safety.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the efficiency and safety hazards of heavy-duty trucks transporting molten iron at intersections,especially at complex intersections,and proposes the functional requirements of the preferential control system of the hot-metal trucks passing through the intersections,and designs the overall structural scheme of the system,and According to the designed overall system structure,the specific design and implementation of each control link was carried out.(2)According to the requirements of the priority traffic control system for determining the position of the target vehicle,a method of determining the position and traveling direction of the molten iron vehicle using wireless technology is proposed.The data processing technology based on RSSI model is studied to improve the positioning accuracy of hot-metal car.(3)The state of the hot-metal passing through the intersection was analyzed.The control strategy of the traffic light passing through the intersection was studied.The traffic light timing algorithm under the strategy was proposed.(4)On-site installation and commissioning of the actual system.The experimental results show that the system can effectively realize the preferential traffic of hot-metal car at intersections.
