Repairing blade is one of the more commonly used tools in industrial production,which is generally used in the industry,especially in PCB repairing,rubber injection parts repairing,engraving and other industries.At present,the edges grinding of the repairing blades are still performed by manual grinding,but its labor cost is high and the production efficiency is low.In order to further improve the automation degree and production efficiency of the factory processing and reduce the labor cost,this paper takes X-ACTO 22#repairing blade as the research object.On the basis of completed mechanical structure design,the control system of the grinding equipment is designed.Aiming to realize the functions of automatic feeding and taking,automatic grinding edges,display of the number of grinding and alarm.As follows is idiographic research:(1)The position of the worktable is detected and reset by the combination of non-contact sensor and special parts.(2)In order to realize the automatic grinding of the X-ACTO 22#repairing blades and the debugging of the equipment control system.The automatic grinding control system of X-ACTO repairing blades takes Mitsubishi programmable logic controller as system controller and uses GX Works2 and Kinco HMI ware software to design the control program.(3)The main circuit diagram and the wiring diagram of PLC and electrical components are drawn by CAD to provide the basis for the connection and communication of the electrical components of the equipment control system.(4)The function relationship between the number of X-ACTO 22#repair blades and the grinding wheel wear is determined by experiments,so as to realize the automatic compensation of the position height of the grinding wheel.(5)By testing the running performance of the control system of X-ACTO 22#repairing blade automatic grinding equipment,sampling detection of the blades and hypothesis validation analysis,the feasibility of X-ACTO 22#repairing blades automatic grinding equipment control system is verified.And the design target of grinding 4 pieces of X-ACTO 22#repairing blades in unit time and the thickness of edge is about 0.01-0.03 mm is achieved.
