According to the analysis of the use of the advanced brackets disclosed in the current market,most of the brackets are mainly designed,selected,and manufactured for the three directions of large deformation of surrounding rock,high mine pressure and low support strength.They all have the characteristics of heavy weight,large volume,high support strength and low flexibility.Although these equipments have many advantages,they can only be used in mines with better overall roadway conditions,in some mines with complex geological conditions,and Not fully applicable.Therefore,a weak support and strong protection bracket design idea is proposed.Based on light weight,small size,fast moving speed and flexible structure,a new type of airborne pre-temporary bracket is designed and designed according to the roadway.The height of the roof may occur naturally to determine the strength of the support required for the bracket.For the overall structure of this new type of equipment,the calculation methods and selection requirements are proposed for each major component.According to the structural mechanics,the whole temporary bracket is simplified into a flat rod system,and the physical and mechanical indexes required by the equipment are derived by calculating the maximum stress,bending moment and shear force,thereby determining the equipment materials,and using CAXA3D mechanical design software.Temporary stents were conceptually modeled.According to the specific geological conditions of the coal mine and the parameters of the roadway,the basic parameters of the overall structure of the temporary support and the support strength and structural size of the main components are determined.Contrast and analyze the original excavation consumption time and construction process,etc.,based on the original construction process,use the temporary bracket to innovate the new excavation construction process,and improve the driving time of the roadhead by adjusting the support time of the heading face An efficient way to increase the speed of the tunneling.The static and dynamic simulation force analysis of the main force-bearing members of the model is carried out.The strength and stiffness of the bracket are checked by analyzing the stress,strain and displacement of the main components,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent industrial design of temporary brackets.
