| In recent years,the pace of green building in China has accelerated significantly,and the number of buildings that have received green building signs has continued to grow.However,the number of buildings with operational identification is far less than the number of buildings with design identification,and the actual operational effects and design effects often have a certain deviation.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the actual effect of the operational phase of green buildings.There are many related researches on post-evaluation of green buildings in foreign countries,and the data is relatively complete.In contrast,although the green building field in China has developed rapidly,there is still a lack of relevant research on the level of the actual operation of the building and whether the user is satisfied.At present,China has only published a post-assessment technical guide for office and store buildings.The relevant indicator system is still immature,and it is difficult to give a quantitative evaluation based on the actual operational data of green buildings.Based on this background,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper selects 8 office buildings located in Guangzhou as research objects,of which 6 buildings are green office buildings with different star ratings(One-Star building,Two-Star building and Three-Star building each two),and the other two buildings are ordinary office buildings.Through the continuous monitoring of on-site environmental parameters and subjective questionnaire survey,we obtained the actual level of indoor thermal environment and indoor air quality during the construction operation of the investigated building.Through the on-site observation visit,the implementation of the environmental construction technology used in the investigated buildings was obtained.Secondly,the statistical analysis of the indoor thermal environment measured data,subjective questionnaires and the implementation of the construction technology obtained by the survey,comparing the difference of indoor thermal environment between green office buildings and ordinary office buildings,it is found that there is no significant difference between green building and ordinary building performance in terms of measured parameters and indoor thermal environment construction technology.In terms of subjective surveys(thermal sensation,thermal comfort and user satisfaction),green buildings performed better than ordinary buildings,and three-star buildings performed best.According to the subjective and objective research results,the PMV model and the SET* model was established to evaluate the thermal comfort of the building.The PMV neutral value and SET* neutral value of various buildings are calculated by descriptive analysis and regression analysis.The PMV neutral values of ordinary buildings,one-star buildings,two-star buildings and three-star buildings are respectively for 0.11,0.06,0.19,and 0.09,the SET* neutral values are respectively for 25.5 ℃,25.3 ℃,25.1 ℃,and 25.3 ℃.The difference between the PMV prediction value and the thermal sensation TSV value actually investigated in this study is very small,which indicates that Fanger’s PMV prediction theory has higher applicability to office buildings in Guangzhou.In addition,the temperature range of various building comfort zones are calculated by regression analysis.The temperature range of the ordinary building comfort zone is 24.2 ℃ ~ 27.8 ℃,the temperature range of the one-star building comfort zone is 24.2 ℃ ~ 27.5 ℃,the temperature range of the two-star building comfort zone is 24.1 ℃ ~ 27.9 ℃,the temperature of the three-star building comfort zone The range is 23.2 ℃ ~ 28.0 ℃.The same method is used to calculate the temperature range of the comfort zone of the whole green building,and the humidity range of the comfort zone of the whole green building is calculated by the percentage of wet sensation voting corresponding to each relative humidity interval.Therefore,the indoor air-conditioned comfort zone of the green office building in Guangzhou is obtained: he temperature range is 23.8℃~27.7℃,and the relative humidity range is 65%~80%.Then,the statistical analysis of the indoor air quality measured data,subjective questionnaires and the implementation of the construction technology obtained by the survey,comparing the difference of indoor thermal environment between green office buildings and ordinary office buildings,it is found that in terms of measured parameters and subjective surveys,the overall performance of indoor air quality in green buildings is not superior to that of ordinary buildings,among which three-star buildings perform best and two-star buildings perform worst.In terms of indoor air quality construction technology,two-star buildings and three-star buildings perform better than ordinary buildings and one-star buildings.According to the measured values of indoor pollutant concentration,a gray evaluation mathematical model is established to evaluate the indoor air quality of the surveyed building.The evaluation results show that the air quality level corresponding to ordinary buildings,one-star buildings and twostar buildings is uncontaminated,and the air quality level corresponding to three-star buildings is clean.The order of indoor air quality is from superior to inferior: three-star buildings are superior to ordinary buildings and one-star buildings,ordinary buildings and one-star buildings are superior to two-star buildings.Finally,based on the analysis results and evaluation results of the survey data,the problems and causes of the indoor air quality status of green office buildings in Guangzhou are analyzed,and relevant improvement strategies are put forward.It also summarizes the evaluation points applicable to the indoor thermal environment and air quality of green office buildings in Guangzhou,in order to provide reference for the study of indoor environmental quality of green office buildings in Guangzhou,and promote the healthy development of green office buildings in Guangzhou. |
